All new equipment orders are assigned a Project Manager to be the principle point of contact for our customer and to guide the project through to completion. For larger engineering intensive projects, a project engineer is also assigned to sub-manage portions of the project. This Project Team works closely with both Management and the applicable Sales/Account Manager to ensure that our customer’s expectations are met and that the full potential of the project is realized.

The project team’s responsibilities will include:

  • Single Point Customer Contact.
  • Work Planning, Scheduling & Coordination.
  • System Integration.
  • Sub Supplier Management.
  • Regular Review & Reporting.
  • Site Management.
