THE CHALLENGES

RCR Energy Pty., Ltd. is a leading Australian multi-faceted engineering company focused on Mining, Resources, Energy and Power industries. From 2005, BIB has manufactured over 80% of RCR boilers in the market and has since established a long standing working relationship with RCR. This project was a collaboration between BIB and our sister company, Vatana Phaisal Engineering Co., Ltd.. With Vatana Phaisal’s fabrication abilities and our specialisation in manufacturing pressure vessels, the four modules making up the two units were manufactured and elivered to the site in just 8 months.

Heat Recovery Steam Generator enabled waste energy to be collected and turned into electricity, resulting in a more economical solution for our client. The key success in this project was BIB’s ability to deliver quality at a competitive price and time schedule. At BIB, all of our products are designed and manufactered according to full ASME section 1 code, additionally this project recieved the prestige ASME S stamps at the request of the client.
